help needed

i served in the worcestershire regiment from 1966 to 1969 trained at lichfield barracks and posted to gibralter, during a house move many years ago i sadly lost all my paperwork, discharge book photos ect my army number was 24101066 or 23101066 not sure of the first two numbers,what is the best way of getting any information on my service records
