I wonder if anybody could help me find any information on my grandfather, David Beardsmore. He joined the 2nd Ballation Worcs regiment in 1900 and went to fight in the Boer War.
After the Boer War ended I know he went to India and Ireland, but unsure of the dates. I also know he was with the Worcs regiment for approx 17 years and was discharged for ill health.
I would be very grateful if anybody could advise me where to look for this information.
