Albert Kirton

Postby joluc » Fri Nov 04, 2011 5:08 pm

Hello,

I am trying to establish if my husbands great uncle Albert Kirton born about 1891 Cradley Heath is the same Albert in the Worcestershire regiment who died in Franve Flanders 3.7.1916. It would explain why we didn't know of his existence until a few months ago his parents were William and Emma/Emily Kirton.

hello vanessa,
albert kirton (19084) is remembered on the cradley memorial (worcestershire)

he is not listed in the rowley regis council (cradley heath ward) roll of honour book(staffordshire)

cradley and cradley heath are two towns next door to each other! seperated by the river stour .

can you confirm where the family came from?

sorry if im telling you something you already know
