Worcestershire Regiment

Just looked under the names for the Military Medal and Stephen Mumford was award this as your database advised it, it is under the section Gallantry Awards and honors, but when i looked under the medals section and clicked 'M' his name was not their.
Is there a reason? was it because he as a private ?

He was awarded the Military Medal whilst he was serving with the 50th Battalion Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). As such he is not listed on the Worcestershire Regiment list for M.M. As his service records show he had a Military Medal that was added to the database records only.
