William Alfred Dixon No: 33851

Hi,
I am currently reasearching my family history and have come across a William Alfred Dixon.
I have two references and are trying to see if they are about the same person.

The first William was a Private in the 1st Battalion, Worcestshire Regiment.
Died : 16 november 1916
Number: 33851

The other Willam I have information about is a Private in the R M A, based at Eastney Barracks, Southsea in 1901.

Any information would be extremely helpful.
