Searching for Pratt

Postby jojesparl » Sun Jun 29, 2008 4:31 pm

When I reached the age of 65 I decided to try and trace my natural family. After a lot of research this was successful and I now find that I may have had an uncle by the name of Pratt in your regiment who died on duty just before the end of the first world war, and also a grandfather Edgar Pratt, also in your regiment.
Could anyone please do some research for me?
It would be very strange if this was true. After living in various parts of the country, now, at the age of 72, I live less than a mile away from your headquarters.

Regards

Hi

Do you know where your family lived during this time as I have found 16 references to the name Pratt. Do you have any initials or idea of a Battalion. Any information would help.
