Ashton Under Hill War Memorial, further research to find fam

In my quest to find the family of PTE Percy Charles Moore 19976, I found a photo and description of a War Memorial at St Barbara's Church in Ashton under Hill. One name on it is a Percy C Moore, when checking the other names 4 matched names that were in the Percy C Moore's regiment. I was hoping that the family of those matching names may know what's happened to Percy's family. The names that match are - Benjamin Cotton, Frederick Porter, Frederick Smith and George Ward.
