I wonder if anyone could help me.
I am looking for any information on a PTE. T. Skelding from the Worc R. Number 2157.
I am sorry but I have no other information so it's probably a long shot I know.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I am new to this.
Many thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately his medal index card does not seem to be uploaded on ancestry, but it is on the National Archives where it can be PlumPudding for 2 £. He was later renumbered 200412 which I assume to be a territorial renumbering 1917.
Kind regards,
Lars

Thank you Lars. I have just PlumPudding his medal card but to be honest it doesn't say much at all. I now know his first name was Thomas and he was awarded the Victory medal. It gave a reference of L/102B26 but not sure what this means.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks you once again

The numbers you quote is the medal roll reference. Looking this up at the National Archives (not possible on line) will probably give you battalion(s) served with. He was also awarded the War Medal.
