Sgt 10004 C S Flack, MM?

Does Stack have an idea of the reason that Sgt 10004 C S Flack got the MM, Gazetted 21.10.1916? He was in the 3rd Worcesters.

I can not tell you about his M.M. but he has 5 mentions in the Worcester Herald.

6th March 1915 edition

Rejoined the 6th Battalion 3rd March 1915

7th October 1916 edition
10004 Sergt C. Flack - Witham - Wounded

14th October 1916 edition

28th October 1916 edition
