Thomas Edward Griffin 3rd Bn Worcs 21039

Postby Simon_Fielding » Sun Jun 28, 2009 4:37 pm

Hello there -

This soldier died serving with the 3rd Bn in October 1916, but initially served in the Dardanelles - can anyone confirm if it was the 4th Bn or the 9th Bn?

Thanks!

Simon

Hi Simon

I have searched the casualty lists of the Worcester Herald and this is the only information that I can find. Unfortunetly it does not show which Battalion.

11 November 1916 edition
21039 Pte T. Griffin – Kidderminster - Wounded

25 November 1916 edition
21039 Pte T. Griffin – Bewdley - Died of Wounds
