From the WW1 medal card of above which I retrieved from ancestry.com; it says "OC 1st Batt Worc R". France from 2.6.15. Then some numbers I dont know what they mean:
EF/9/3416 EF/5/4764
entitled to medals 6/2/20
victory medal RAMC Off 141 page 129C
British medal ditto
15 Star RAMC Off 141 p156 )) IVX/3913 d/22 7/21 E7/5/4764

Keith was an Australian who answered Kitchener's appeal in March 1915 for medical graduates. He doesnt appear to have re-enlisted in the AAMC but was entitled to the 1914-15 Star, BWM and VMedal.

Capt K G Colquhoun applies for his medals 28.9.20, EF9.21.1.21

RAMC Lieut
..Worc R Capt (the first letters could be att.)

is there some kind soul out there who could transcribe above and also tell me how I can find something on what and where the 1st Dvn were doing from the time Keith joined it? I know it may not mean he stayed there a significant period but its all I have to go on. He survived the war and became a dermatologist in Melbourne.

additionally, since I'm in Australia and havent won the lottery, hence can't afford to hop over to UK, does anyone know of an honest, reliable researcher who can go to the PRO and do a lot of lookups?

thanks
Lina
