21739 Pte Thomas Henry Smith 10th Bttn

Hello to all.

I'm hoping you can help me research a man who died of wounds on 10th July 1916,
and is buried In the UK. (Hankerton Churchyard, Wiltshire)

He was 21739 Pte Thomas Henry Smith, 10th Battalion Worc R.

I have his medal card, but no other paperwork.

I've looked on the National Archives site, but can't find the War Diaries for the 10th.

I was wondering when he was wounded? and did he die in France and his body brought back
after the war? or did he return to the UK and pass away here?

There are no other WW1 graves at Hankerton, just him.

Any help would be most appreciated
Cheers John.

john,
Are you selling his medals on e-bay? If not then you might be interested.
