Gallery 2 WW1

In the gallery section, Gallery 2 there is a picture of G P Box posted by Thomas Burns, I believe this is my wife's Grandfather and would like to know how the pictures authentication was made.

Hi Nick,
The photo and details were submitted by Thomas Berns. George Percy Box was his great grandfather.
