4th btn Worc Insignia

I am trying to piece together a uniform that my great Grandfather Wilfred Smith, MM would've worn around the time frame of THE ADVANCE IN FLANDERS (28th September to 3rd October 1918), this was when he won his medal. Any help would be grateful mainly with any divisional patches on the arms.
