Hi.
I'm after any information regarding my late father Frederick Edwards, army number 5249950.
He joined the Worcestershire regiment 2nd Battalion on 9-8-1933, he made rank of Lance Corporal, was posted to India in 1937, in his war records it states that he was an English instructor there, he did St Johns ambulance home nursing in 1937, St Johns ambulance first aid in 1338 and training at the British Military Hospital at Sialkot India in 1938, does this mean he might have been a medic? he then joined the 151 Parachute Battalion in 1941 seeing action in the Middle East and North Africa, his Africa Star medal has an 8th Army clasp with it.

Any information would be most apreciated.
