Grandfathers war years

My grandfather was called Alex Orton,his number was 14642730 and was in the 2nd battalion worcestershire regiment.I know from the letters and army book i have ,that he was in Burma around 1943 to the end of the war.South east asia command.I would like to know more,can anyone help.?? email thecopperdoc@yahoo.co.uk or mobile 07885465527. thank you
