234571 Robert William Helliker

I am trying to trace the WW1 service record of my Grandfather, Robert William Helliker, he began the war as a private in the 1/4 Batallion the Gloucestershire Regiment, they were in the 48th (South Midlands) Division at The Somme. In July 1916 he was wounded and came back to England to recover. On his return to France (date unknown) he was tranferred to the Worcestershire Regiment, no 234571, he survived the war but I know nothing of his time with the Worcestershire Regiment.
