Worcestershire Regiment

Im doing my family tree and my great grandfather was in the worcestershire regiment but he was too young to be in action so he changed his name and age, and no one in my family knows what it is!

On the grandmothers birth certificate it said his was in the second battalion in the worcestershire regiment.

You give very little information about him and there were many with the same name. Anyone who could help you would need more information.

What was his date of birth? and where was he born?
Did he have another middle name?
What were the names of his parents?
Do you know where he lived?

You mentioned your grandmothers birth certificate - can you give details of the other information on there like; full name, date of birth, mothers name and maiden name and also location?

With a little more information it may be possible to look for more details.
