We have a large number of photos we re trying to Identify which my GGrandfather took in WWI. I would appreciate any help in Identifying his movements as we believe them to be taken in the balkan area.

The only other information I have is a medal index card which shows the following

British DO DO
15 Star L1 5B 413

Any help in where I should look next would be appreciated
