Worcestershire Regiment

I am trying to find information on Isaac Ernest Keeble (born 1872). I have been unable to find any information except the following line by entering his name into google:
2920,Isaac Ernest,Keeble,1843-99,Worcester,6370,
where the first number is meant to be his regimental number and I believe the Worcester refers to the Worcestershire Regiment.
Did Isaac join the Worcester regiment and what other information may be available on him.
The only thing I have been able to find out is that he was in Portsmouth in 1904 as a military prison warden while his son was born.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

By the way the son was RSM Maurice Keeble who retired from the Worcestershire regiment in 1947.
Any stories or memories of RSM Keeble would also be greatly appreciated.
