Worcestershire Regiment

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to ascertain which company a soldier in the 4th Batt would have been attached: namely Pte 15298 John Dobbins who entered the Balkan Conflict 25/4/1915 and died of wounds 5/6/1915. I understand that many early service records have been destroyed at the National Archives, but i'm hoping some diligent researcher on the website might have some idea and point me in the right direction!
