Hi

I'm looking for information on my great grandfather Pte Joseph Camplin who served in the Worcestershire Regiment

I have found both his medal roll card and his Silver War Badge record. His regiment number was 5891, he joined up around 1900 and was discharged through 'sickness' in 1917. On the 1901 census he is listed in the Ramillies Barracks in Aldershot.

Please can anyone provide any further information? Particularly the battalion he served in or any further information on the details of his 'sickness'?

Perhaps point me in the right direction? I would be grateful for any help

Many thanks
Greg
