I am looking for any information regarding my father Eric Freeman Gisbourn, I already know he was a clerk on the formation of 179 Field Regt RA.

Any further information would be greatfully recieved.

With thanks Dave

Suggest you try getting a copy of his service record from:
Army Personnel Centre,
Historical Disclosures,
Mail Point 400,
Kentigern House,
65 Brown Street,
Glasgow,
G2 8EX

They should be able to help.

Regards,

Louis
