Hi
If 7797 Pte. Stephen Clarke Worcs. Reg. was a re-called regular reservist then this may be your man.
Pte. 6641 Stephen Clarke, born Aston Birmingham and living at 145 Phillips St. Aston Manor and aged 17, joined the 6th (Militia) Batt. Worcs. Reg. 30. 12.1902. Later he enlisted into the Worcs. Reg. 13.05.1903.
On the 1901 census, he was listed as a Gun Finisher, living with parents James and Mary and siblings Henry, Nellie, Lizzie, Polly James and Arthur.
1911 census he's listed as a Brass Caster, living with his parents and Polly, James and Arthur at 111, George Rd. Erdington, Birmingham.
There is a marriage between a Stephen Clarke and Nellie Lloyd recorded for March 1914, Aston Registration District.
His Militia papers can be found on 'Find My Past'.

Hi

I have your Grandmothers brother 7797 Stephen Clarke on my database (2nd Battalion 14 Star men) but am sorry to say I have no more information on him other than you already have. In fact if the information from Corona is correct then I have a little more (in which case many thanks Corona).
If in my research I do find any additional information will post here.

Regards

Peter
